Data we collect

• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited (via privacy-friendly analytics if enabled).
• Delivery information you share for an install (CRM access, form URLs, Google Business links, message copy approvals).
• For outbound: publicly available business details from websites used to personalise a message. We do not invent private facts.

Why we use it

• To take payment and deliver fixed-scope installs.

Processors

Retention

We keep customer and delivery records as long as needed for the contract, accounting, and dispute resolution, then delete or anonymise them. Outreach suppression lists are kept to honour opt-outs.
