Terms of service
Last updated: 11 October 2026 · Shironim Ltd.
These terms govern purchases and engagements for AI systems, workflow solutions, integrations, and related services from Shironim Ltd. (company number 15569825, registered in England and Wales) via blobdesk.com. By paying or accepting a proposal you agree to them. Address: 37 Crown Gardens, Brighton, BN1 3LD, United Kingdom. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise; we are not VAT-registered.
What you buy
Each solution page or proposal describes the scope, timeline, in-scope and out-of-scope items, and acceptance definition. That document plus these terms forms the contract for the work. Solutions may run in your existing tools or use a dedicated interface where the workflow requires one.
Your responsibilities
- Provide truthful business details and required access.
- Approve message copy before it goes live to your customers.
- Ensure you have rights to use the tools and data you connect.
- Respond to intake requests within a reasonable time so we can meet the stated timeline.
Payment
Prices are shown in GBP on the offer page and charged by Stripe at checkout. Taxes may apply. Care retainers, if offered later, are separate and optional.
Refunds and cancellation
If we cannot complete the in-scope install for reasons on our side, you receive a full refund. If you withdraw after work has started for reasons unrelated to our failure, we may refund pro-rata for unfinished work or retain a fair portion for work already delivered — we will explain the basis. Out-of-scope changes are quoted separately and are not covered by the fixed price.
Claims and results
We do not guarantee specific revenue, review counts, or lead volumes. Outcome language on the site describes what the install is designed to do (e.g. send a text shortly after an enquiry), not a promise of business results. We will not claim we “already fixed” something on your systems until it is live and verified.
AI-generated proof and outreach
Some outreach may include a sandbox, sample output, code, configuration, evaluation, screenshot, or short recording made from public, synthetic, or permissioned inputs. We distinguish examples from work deployed in your systems and disclose AI-generated media where required.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that install. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party tools (CRM, SMS, Google, etc.). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
Voice (pay as you go)
- Usage is billed at £1.50 per answered minute, invoiced monthly in arrears via Stripe. Each connected call is rounded up to a whole minute (minimum one minute). A 90-second call counts as two minutes.
- Your first test call after setup is not billed.
- Transcripts and extracted caller details may contain errors. You are responsible for checking messages before acting on them.
- The voice is not for emergency services. Do not rely on it for urgent safety or medical situations.
- You are responsible for configuring call forwarding on your business number and for the business instructions you supply to the voice.
- Service availability is not guaranteed. Outages with telephony, voice AI, or billing providers may affect answering or delivery.
- If a payment fails, we email you and the voice keeps answering for 7 days; minutes in that time are still billed. If the payment is still outstanding after 7 days, the voice stops answering and callers hear that the number is not taking calls. It starts again as soon as you pay.
- You may cancel from your voice settings. Cancelling stops billing and the voice stops answering. We keep your voice number for 30 days in case you come back, then release it. If you forward your business number to us, remove the forward when you cancel.
- The voice tells callers at the start of each call that calls are recorded. You are responsible for any further information your callers need about how your business uses their details.
- You must not use the voice for unlawful, abusive, or harassing purposes.
- Forwarding instructions in the product cover unanswered, all-call, and after-hours plans. They do not forward calls while your number is engaged (busy). Use all-call forwarding if you need every call to reach blobdesk.
Voice — processing of your callers' data
When you use blobdesk Voice, you decide what business instructions the voice follows and you configure call forwarding on your number. For personal data about people who call your business, you are the data controller and Shironim Ltd. is your data processor under UK GDPR.
- Subject matter: taking and passing on messages from your callers (transcripts, names, numbers, postcodes, and other details they give on the call).
- Duration: for as long as your Voice account is active and for up to 12 months afterwards for call history and billing, unless you ask us to delete sooner or we must keep records longer by law.
- Our instructions: we process caller data only to provide Voice (answering, transcripts, summaries you turn on, billing, support, and security) and as described in our Privacy policy. We do not use your callers' data for our own marketing.
- Sub-processors: telephony, voice AI, hosting, email, and payment providers listed in the Privacy policy. We use UK-appropriate safeguards and contracts with those providers.
- Your responsibilities as controller: tell callers what you need them to know (including recording, as the voice does on each call), respond to their rights requests where you are responsible, and use forwarding and business instructions lawfully.
- Security and breach: we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures. If we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your callers' data, we will notify you without undue delay where we are required to do so.
- Deletion: when you cancel or ask us to delete Voice data, we delete or anonymise caller history as set out in the Privacy policy, subject to billing and legal retention needs.
This section supplements the Privacy policy and does not limit your statutory rights or ours. A separate signed data processing agreement is available on request for customers who need one for their records — email support@blobdesk.com.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
